You have 120 days after receiving your order to fully test and enjoy our garden bed. Should our garden bed not meet your expectations within this timeframe, we’re here to make things right with a full refund.
Program Details
To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be in a condition that reflects normal use – free from damage or alteration, with no excessive wear. This program does not cover damages caused by improper use, neglect, or circumstances outside our control. Products that have been modified in any way are not entitled to the guarantee.
This guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made through our official website (grobox.ca). You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase, usually your order confirmation email.
Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The customer must carefully and securely repackage the product in the original boxes, ensuring all original contents and parts are included. We cannot be held liable for products that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process; accountability for such incidents rests with the customer or the return courier service.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method in 3 business days, assuming the return meets our approval criteria mentioned above.
